Private by Design The foundational core philosophy of checkbase: Cognitive Baseline is absolute user privacy. We believe that your personal performance metrics, response tracking, and daily trends belong solely to you.

Data Collection & Transmission

• Zero External Collection: checkbase: Cognitive Baseline does not collect, harvest, aggregate, upload, or transmit any user data, personally identifiable information (PII), or device telemetry to external servers.
• Pure On-Device Processing: All information generated by the application—including reaction performance scores, focus speeds, working memory evaluation results, and calculated baseline comparison metrics—is processed strictly locally on your physical device.
• Secure Local Storage: Your historical performance trends and user profile are saved entirely within your iPhone's secure local sandboxed architecture. Deleting the application will permanently erase this history; it cannot be recovered or restored because we do not maintain digital backups on any cloud platform or external database.

Hardware Sensor Access (CoreMotion) To facilitate spatial gameplay and balancing mini-games, the application requires real-time access to your device's motion sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope). This sensor data is processed natively on your device at a throttled rate purely for immediate gameplay mechanics. Motion data is never recorded, stored locally, or transmitted externally.

Third-Party Analytics and Advertising checkbase: Cognitive Baseline operates entirely without third-party tracking SDKs, targeted advertising networks, or external marketing analytics frameworks. Your interactive gameplay and diagnostic behaviors inside the application remain strictly confidential and unseen.
